Medical Nutrition Therapy

As a registered dietitian, I provide nutrition counseling, also known as Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), and tailor my approach to your individual needs. 

​I work with clients of all ages and health concerns.  My main focus regardless of your age or health is to help you find a way of eating that fits your needs and lifestyle and helps you live the life you deserve.
